Sadly, epp discount is still not available as of today.

Apple never offer EPP discount on newly launched premium products. They have never have done that with the top of the range hardware and never will do. I think you’ll be in for a long wait if you looking for a discount

Nope. It will probably be several weeks/months before the ultra is available with EPP
