Nope. Using my Visa card doubled the warranty to 2 years.

Likewise, for my American Express Gold card.

AmEx has reimbursed me for two laptops that died after their mfgr warranty... total of $3,000+. Wouldn't buy tech without it. Also, they reimbursed me $200 when the original iPhone dropped in price just after launch.

Nah. I didn't really see it being worth it to spend the extra money for AppleCare on this.

Nope. I will most likely be getting the second gen ipad as well.

I don't believe in extended warranties. I figure if it breaks after a year I will buy a new one, besides I rarely keep these types of electronics for more than a year anyways.
