I'm having weird transparency issues on my 2019 21.5 inch mac running Ventura 13.3.1.
Some apps like CleanMyMacX are see through, and I cannot see the app. Also the dropdown when I search in safari is transparent.
I've rebooted, and I've turned off transparency in Accessibility but it's not helped. I also ran first aid in Disk Utility.
When I take a screenshot, it will show what I cannot see. I've attached a photo from my phone showing the problem in Safari.
