iCompta is just great. It's a free personal finance application, the user interface is very clean and simple yet it has a lot of features. This is really easy to see where your money goes thanks to the statistics and pie charts. Moreover a new iPhone version has just been released on the app store and it can synchronize easily with the desktop version.

I use iRec Voice Recorder to record my to-do list, my shopping list and to record my classes.
It's really easy to use.
I also like Bank Of America app is really easy to use and I can check my bank account in just a few seconds.

Tax Calculator UK from zAppz

Very handy little application I just found to calculate Tax, Pension, National Insurance and other deductions (Student Loan) each month or year. Useful for me as my monthly wage changes with overtime, this one only works for the UK, let's hope for a similar US version.

Maps - i use this all the time especially on the go, all though it has gotten me lost a few times

Weatherbug - since my only point of transportation is a motorcycle i like to get the weather before i venture off..or just get caught in the rain if its important

Shazam - I love music and i use it whenever i hear something good on the radio

Update:

Tap Forms: now I don't have to remember tons of usernames and passwords and don't have to constantly dig around for important personal information.

Appigo ToDo: don't have to remember now when I have to pay the bills and other important dates.
