Okay, so, so far the theory is holding true, its an AT&T U-Verse issue.
Its a Uverse DNS issue, change my DNS to google ones and it works fine
Its quite okay you're awesome for helping trouble shoot.Doh, my bad. I totally forgot to mention changing DNS to 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4.

I can't access purchased content on my ATV, iPad, any store front, can't even get to apple.com is anyone else experiencing this?
I also have uverse and have been having issues most of the evening. I have app updates but they don't update they error out with the retry option.
Everything working fine here now. Updating three apps at the moment.
I think this was an AT&T U-Verse DNS problem. It has been fixed.No issues yesterday on TWC but I am using OpenDNS. Of course when I had issues a few days away there was nothing about it at all which is common with me. When there are major issues with any service I usually have no problems but when I have a issue I am the only one.
