Are there "secret" iPhone plans?

It's not such a stupid question, Rogers has "secret" (retentions) plans up the yin yang, you just need to know how to ask for them. Any motivated Rogers customer can have a completely custom plan built for them.

Agreed, many companies have such secret plans. Just found that out last week when I went to cancel my OnStar account. If I stayed, they were willing to drop it from $18.00 per month to $11 per month and throw in 100 free minutes.
