No And not because I like the animations.

General > Accessibility > Reduce Motion does a good enough job of removing the excess (at least for me) animations. And that does not require some bug/hack to work.

Have you found a reliable way to replicate this?

It happens sometimes with me with Assistive Touch enabled, but I wanna see how to replicate it so I can enjoy the bug while it lasts.

Not caring and simply not seeing something as a high enough priority compared to other things that are going on are different things.

Nope; I don't think the time saved is very meaningful.
You know what they say about perception and reality and all that.

You seem to have the same complaints...so where does that put it all?

i very enjoy the no animations bug on my iPhone 6. I always liked the iOS 6 animations and disliked iOS 7 and up, so this bug is a welcome addition.
The phone is so fast now, I find myself waiting and forgetting what I wanted to do because I am used to the slow animations

Works on iPads too. If you use the five finger gesture to pinch to home screen then iPad will reboot.

I'm glad that they don't care. This bug fixes a feature Apple removed a long time ago: open the app switcher and instantly select another app! Having to wait for the switching animation to come to a full stop is annoying.

There were various threads about this a while back. I myself hit upon it a while back and didn't understand it for a while until it was being discussed here.

Wow it's very very fast now. I just did it I got it to work. It took 2 tries but now it's working. How long does it work though? If I reboot will I have to do it all over again ?

There are a few visual glitches it introduces with blurs and stuff, so I cancelled it out. But I appreciate the speed.

It's kind of funny that I have patience for the animations and they don't bother me but I have no patience for screwing around with the glitch. There are others here who have no patience for the animations but have the patience for setting up the glitch.

It also causes the lock screen to quickly flash on screen when locking the phone. (Screen goes black, lock screen flashes on for a quick second and then goes off)

It's also funny that some rip on bugs big or small ALL the time to no end (demand immediate fixes) but want this bug to never go away. A little hypocritical.
