Your info seems to be point to Jan. 2020 then, although in an ideal world for Apple, it'd launch before the Xmas shopping season, and before the new Chinese tariffs hit (Dec. 15).Historically, the period between EEC registration and product launch has never been more than 6 months. For example, the iPhone 11 models were registered in May. The iPad models were registered in July.
For me, the strongest evidence for Fall 2019 comes from 1) iPadOS, 2) Mark Gurman, and 3) Photoshop for iPad launching in 2019.
So far, the evidence for Spring 2020 is pretty weak, IMO.
So, a good launch date would be end of October, with inventory available 1-2 weeks later, in early to mid-November.
