I get this message every time I try to log in:

"Error: W001
Unfortunately, we are unable to display your account information at this time. Please wait a few moments and try again."

I can log into the account from my desktop without a problem.

I am trying to figure that out myself, do you have a family plan? do you have multi-iphones? try you number on the other iphone. My phone number works fine from my wifes iphone, but her number says its not registered. My number on my iphone..W001 error :(
 
Anyone know how current the used minutes is? Probably the same as the website, but I don't know there, either. Is it a 24-hour delay, or is the number pretty accurate for that particular time?

It is 8:32 pm Eastern and the website tells me:

funny... it doesn't show minutes remaining.. makes u do a little mental math.

I have a single phone.

I tried deleting it and re-installing it and I constantly get the same message when attempting to sign on.
 
do you get a discount or anything?

Yes - I get a discount through my employer. I didn't notice that it doesn't support those accounts when I first downloaded it.

"AT&T myWireless does not support Premier business accounts or GoPhone/prepaid accounts"

I'll be deleting it for now and waiting to see if they ever update to support my account.
