It took AT&T over 4 hours to fix mine. It was working fine eventually now it shows it isn’t connected to cellular anymore again. It’s white instead of green. Tried to disconnect from WiFi and it still won’t connect. Damn this is a headache!Yeah, I’m getting it too. Last year I had to call ATT and get it added over the phone. Might need to do this again this year.
Now it’s coming tomorrow. Glad to be getting it only a day late but won’t ever order through AT&T again, they clearly don’t have it together.

Activation was a breeze. Numbersync was easy. It took my series 3 off and added this one within seconds. And this 3rd party Milanese loop I got from amazon matches the gold perfectly. I am in heaven!

Ordered at 3:20am. 44mm SS with white band (keeping my Milanese from my Watch Series 2). Been stuck In Progresss ever since. Spoke to AT&T who says I will get it on the 1st, but they’ve lied and lied about everything with this order. Got the iPhone Xs Max on launch day from Apple online order. AT&T is the worst for ordering anything IMO. Hope we get them soon.

I wanted the $60 in credits. I got AT&T to give me more when I called and a rep tried to get me to cancel my order and pick it up same day in store on the 20th. I’m like it’s not even available yet. Rep: sure it is. You can go to the store today and pick up your new Apple Watch 3. SMH.

How do you get the $60 credit? When I placed the order it was saying I have to pay an activation fee and said nothing about 3 X $10 service credits.
I ordered via ATT using their 20 month financing.
Per the ATT site it is applied as bill credits:
Bill Credit: Account and service on your line must remain active to get up to two credits ($30 service + Up to $30 activation) w/in 3 bills.
Is it for new customers only? I already have a series 3 on an AT&T Plan (it wasn't financed but bought from apple store). So I would be activating the new watch to replace that one.

On 9/24 i placed 2 separate online orders for 1 SSSB 44” with sport band. And a SSG 44” with sport band. The ship date estimates ranged from 10/30 to 12/31. On the 26th both orders were cancelled and i was given BS reasoning by att. They said i had failed to accept the terms in an email that was sent to me.
Nevermind the fact that there no such thing (you accept all terms via 3 check boxes at the payment/checkout screen). Nevermind the fact that i was already charged.
So i ended up wasting hours, talking to cs via phone and chat. Ended up, going to my local att store (also took hours) and replacing my order for the gold due to some more bs about requiring a deposit on the 2nd watch. I told them to kiss my ass, i have perfect credit over 750 fico and i didnt require any deposits online for any of my 3 orders (new customer as of 9/21).
That was yesterday 9/26. Now today 9/27, my SSG is preparing for shipment.
Im glad its moving right along as I expected it would like it does every year. But the experience has been horrid.
ThanksI spoke to a rep on the live chat and they said no, that existing customers are eligible. I did NOT ask if it had to be a new line or if an upgrade was eligible as my existing watch is GPS only, this will be the first LTE watch for me.
The Series 4 Nike edition just became available through AT&T, so I ordered mine today. Delivery date is estimated at Nov 1-8.
