As long as you have paperwork that says you get the BOGO. The problem is you won’t get the first credit for a few months and by then, it’ll be too late to return the phones.

Hmm. The other interesting thing is the primary phone is on Next 24, while the “free” phone is Next 30. So, I’m curious if the credits will cease at month 24

Well then, if they’re correct, my store clearly made a mistake. I suppose time will fell in about six weeks when the phones arrive; first if two arrive, and if so, what the bill reflects for the NEXT payments for them.

By chance are you a new AT&T customer?

Sort of.. I believe that AT&T would consider me new. I was on Verizon for the last year and with this purchase returned to AT&T, which is where I switched from in Jan 2016.

I realize this is an old thread, but the way I was to via AT&T chat is that I can upgrade my line to an iPhone X and get a new line of service for "free" (30 monthly credits) on an iPhone 8 or an iPhone 8 Plus and pay the extra 3 or 4 dollars per month to make up the price difference between the 8 and the 8 Plus.
