Who do you choose for your iPhone HD?

I believe I included the word "hypothetically" in the first post. It's ok if that's a big word for you to understand, but there are online dictionaries you can use, instead of giving people an attitude just because you can't comprehend something. :)

Maybe you should have gave more hypothetical choices on your poll to your hypothetical question then......

Well, since have 5 phones on AT&T Family plan, 2 of which are iPhones that will be up for replacement in June, other iPhone in Dec, and the last 2 not iPhones, guess I am stuck with AT&T. Wouldn't make sense to move the 2 over to Verizon.
Really have not had any of the problems that those complain have had. Maybe if I lived elsewhere......

Any Verizon deal would be for pulling in new customers. I doubt many would swap carriers.

wait, what exactly is disappointing you? The rumors of verizon, multitasking, the front facing camera, the HD screen, what?

I'm not impressed with a HD screen, when the screen is already so small. Others think it's going to make gaming better. I don't see it. That's just me.

Front facing camera will be something fun for a day, but it just isn't something making me want to buy it. As others have said, many text because the like being impersonal. For me, I just don't know who I'd be able to use this with.

Multi-tasking. I just don't think it'll be all we want. Apple hindered mail and many other things. Safari is a joke.

What did I want? A bigger screen, MUCH better battery, better processor, and then all this crap they're supposedly going to give us.

I expected this phone to be like the first phone was, revolutionary. This "supposed" phone will not put iPhone much above the competition.

Anyway, just MY opinion. I won't be buying, I think, if the rumors become truth.

I'll stick with AT&T. Other than extremely rare occasions like last week, their service is impeccable where I am. Been with them for more than 15 years; no reason to change now. :)

There's always the option to post in the thread, so people like you can spam it up with your aggravated opinion that nobody cares about. :)

i'm sticking with AT&T! coverage in my area is awesome. plus i get a sick discount through my work!

I missed this rude comment earlier.

I don't think you know what "hypothetically" means, since where you refer to "hypothetically" in your OP has nothing to do with my post.

Eff this, I'm downgrading my 3GS to 2.2.1! I'll figure out a way, don't worry about that

And yes, I agree w/ aggie. Half of the "features" would be used for a whole day, like MMS for 3.0. I send the occasional picture message, but nothing that I wouldn't be able to email any day of the week

I must have gotten your post confused with the other guy's.

But this thread is just to get people's thoughts on a subject. So I find it totally unnecessary for people like you to come in here, and make some 'smart' comments. If you don't want the iPhone, what is the need to post your negative comments in here?

My wife and daughter have iPhones and get very good service from AT&T. Nice web interface, responsive customer service etc etc, and we have good 3G coverage in this rural-but-major-vacation-destination area. It's noticeably faster than the 1X/EVDO that Verizon provides here.

I have Verizon through work, and am stuck with it because it works everywhere in the building where I work (hospital) and AT&T doesn't. I do get a 22% discount on Verizon, but that's not a deciding factor because I also get a 20% discount on AT&T.

I'm impressed enough with AT&T that I'd just as soon use them, but since I have to stick with Verizon, I'm glad the iPhone will be coming to that service sometime this year.

I like AT&T because their network is fast (at least in my area it is). Plus I'm on a family plan with contracts, and I get a 21% discount on my bill. Life on AT&T is good.

Amazing

it amazes me that so many people hold on to the hope that Verizon might get an iPhone..yet we have no evidence to lend this rumor credence..has Apple sent out an order for a large amount of CDMA chips? if a CDMA iphone were coming this year we'd know because manufacturers would be recieving the parts NOW....I think the fact that Verizon was left out of the initial iPad party speaks volumes...if a CDMA iPad is released this year then I'll believe the Verizon iPhone rumors.

I'm with verizon now, and im going to stay here and wait out for the iPhone. Now that all these iPhone rumors are coming out, i'm getting really excited to get rid of my Droid now!

ATT here. I will stick with them. We had Verizon but couldn't get a signal at our home but with ATT we do with only a few dropped calls. Customer Service is better than when it was Cingular Wireless.

i already tried leaving verizon for the iphone and the service was noticeably worse in my area. waiting for a cdma iphone it is.

Don't know if it's the phone or the network but I was on Verizon before with a different smartphone and the 3G speed wasn't impressive compared to now with ATT. So sticking with ATT if both networks had it.

I've had AT&T for the last year with the 3GS, and while there has been the rare failed call or signal drop, its very darn rare. I haven't had a single complaint about my service up to this point. Also, I really REALLY love roll-over minutes. I rarely go over my minutes, but in the odd occasion that I do, it's save my butt a ton of cash. With my FAN discount, I am just barely paying more than I was on Verizon! Customer service when I've had to call AT&T was excellent. NO WAY would I switch back to Verizon anytime soon-- When I switched, it was only about 50% to get the iPhone, the other 50% was to get the heck away from Big Red because I hated nearly everything about them.

The upgrades on the AT&T service have largely worked (outside of areas of downtown Denver.) I had Verizon and they screwed me pretty bad on some billing issues, so I'm going to be happy with the speed and reliability of AT&T. It's not as good as Verizon for reliability, but it is fast.
