What does this mean exactly? If you are currently on our NextUp program and are thinking of trading your phone in and upgrading. You can get up to $500 in credits for just using your early upgrade. Remember all NextUp trade-ins have to be in good working condition to qualify.
What does this mean exactly? If you want to upgrade or add a line and you have a qualifying rate plan you can get up to $1000 in credits of course this depending on phone your purchase and phone you trade in. Only Pro devices qualify for the $1000 bill credits. You can use our trade in website, www.tradein.att.com to view your Trade In Value to determine which credit you qualify for.

Why is the 14 Plus 3 weeks out on shipping compared to the other iPhone 14 models?
This product is subject to FCC rules as well as consumer protection, contractual, and other provisions of federal or state law. It cannot be delivered until the FCC’s authorization process is complete.
I'm new to AT&T; what plan is best?
Woo hoo! Welcome to the AT&T family. If you are new to AT&T and are looking at getting one of our service plans. I recommend AT&T Premium Unlimited as it gives you truly unlimited data for your new iPhone and up to 4K streaming. If you are not a data heavy user; I recommend AT&T Unlimited Extra as it gives you a good amount of data (50GBs) before slowing down. I will not however recommend Unlimited Starter unless you don't care about using that much data as this plan can slow down at any given point.
Can I keep my phone number?
Yes, during the sales process just submit your account information from your old provider. The day you receive your shiny new phone is the day, your phone number will be activated with AT&T and deactivated from your previous provider.
