Use the MyATT app. That's how I got around this.
Finally got order in via Apple Store. AT&T store still down. Shipping slipped a week for the Purple Pro Max.
You may be correct, we’ll see next Tuesday or before if it starts moving. This was from Apple and I trust them.
Actually you‘re correct I double checked my email, my mistake was I ordered my case at the same time and that’s what I’ll get on Tuesday. The phone will come on Friday. I’ve made worst errors In my life.
Well, I screwed up. I forgot to change to my new address in my profile so the phone is scheduled to be delivered to my old address. Will customer service be able to change this?

I didn't get to place my order until 8:17a 😖 but I got my 256gb Deep Purple Pro Max and delivery is expected 9/16. Yay!
I had to order through Apple because the AT&T website was down. My delivery also slipped to 9/23 for the Purple Pro Max. Oh well, at least it isn't far out in October!
Does anyone know what shipping vendor AT&T usually uses? just curious if anyone was planning holding for pickup instead of delivery.
I’ve had them ship both UPS and FedEx.
Traded in my 12 pro gold for a 14 pro deep purple. Pulled the plug cause the 12 battery sucks.
