Carrier AT&T Wifi Calling: Activation imminent?

Yeah it works, but I'm looking for a lazy solution for forcing it to wifi calling without having to mess with settings.
I've been using wifi calling for a couple weeks in my office now, it becomes an issue when it hangs onto cellular, but it isn't good enough to make a call. I wish AT&T would have implemented favor wifi over cellular...
