Guys I didn't want this to turn into a flame war, I just wanted to know what it would take for Apple to give me a new system that is reliable. That being said they are prob going to replace the magnetic sleep system which may fix my problem. We'll see. 
I guess more then anything I'm just aggravated because I had surgery on Wed and I'm going to be laid up for the month. I really want my MBP back so I can start working on a few things.
