Ati 3870 Bios

Could someone please post the "ioreg" from Mac pro with Mac/PC ATI 3870 card?
Just run this program and save to desktop.
Attach to forum. :)
Need it to fix my flashed Ati in mac pro.

I ended up running an ATI 3870 Mac&PC Edition with Akasa Neo Vortexx 2 slot cooler eventually. So in terms of benchmarking and original ROM I can allways help people who want to explore this. I also have a PC 4870 but do not use it most of the time because there is no need and higher power consumption.

thanks for rom but i realy need an "ioreg" too... It's not so big ;)
Save and then compress it and it will be only 300 - 400 Kb !
Is it so BIG to post as a forum attachment?
Common, forum rules allows to attach zip files about 1.14 MB at size :)
 
I still want someone with one of those Grey 2 slot coolers to do a ROM dump, I don't think we ever got that ROM. I think we only have one ROM for blue single-slot 3870s.

I would also like someone to verify that Grey 2-slot card has a 4 wire fan. The single slot blue ones have a 2 wire fan, which may explain their poor fan control.

I've attached application IOregexplorer.app
Just download it (or don't if you have installed "Developer tools")
run, save file to desktop, "zip" it and post to forum

I too have a blue card a with 2 wire control , I've flashed it to use in my mac pro , but something is wrong and i need your ioreg dump to compare values and to fix my card :apple:

Once you run IORegistry Explorer, you choose "Save As" from the file menu.

It produces a file where you tell it too that is around 1.4 Megs.

Right Click to compress it to around 300-400K and attach or mail to him.

I have a 3870 somewhere here I can dig out if nobody steps up.

But they really aren't worth the bother. A 4870 is TWICE as fast at most things.
