two things...

either the server went down so they moved to a temp server (explains the lag)

or

they are updating the site and moved to a temp server while they updated the main server...

Give them a call at the 1 800 number and say that you require an immediate response for the data plan costs. Maybe that will work lol

Hopefully it's taking so long for them to update it because upper management just can't make themselves finally green-light such cheap data rates...

Maybe they are doing server upgrades for the iPhone launch and/or for the pending data plans.
