This is my challenge for August. In July I was on a cycling holiday of 3 weeks with 2 to 5 hours of cycling every day, so for August I got this enormous amount of exercise minutes. The other way round (minutes in July, kcalories in August) would have been better. Let’s see…
 
Just started so it is telling me to close my standup ring for 8 times this month...Already closed 7 times...i am guessing they will become more challenging as I go...

Mine is a pretty good challenge for me this time, to reach 77 Exercise minutes 14 times. Sometimes they get too extreme and I don’t worry about them, but it’s also nice to have a little extra push.
