We have no vipers, we have elapids, instead (mostly they have a small head). Think King Brown Snake, Cobra and Taipan. We have a thing called a 'Death Adder', no relation to the African 'Puff Adder', that is really an elapid, but with a triangular head.

The King Brown is the deadliest, not because of the venom, that goes to the Taipan, but because it hangs on and chews, injecting lots of venom.

A sea snake, Hydrophis belcheri, actually has the most toxic venom, but is very timid.

As for aggressive, the prize would probably go to the small Brown Tree Snake, which will look at you, and rather than run away, will then go for you. Fortunately, it is a colubrid, or rear-fanged snake, which is why I am still here...
Wow!!!

I made two visits to Australia in 2016. I think I developed an unhealthy obsession for the Sydney Opera House.

Perth Concert Hall. It was closed but I managed to talk my way in for a visit; special thanks to the staff!

Where exactly?
In the Pacific Ocean, about 800km east-northeast from Sydney, a 2 hour flight.

I made two visits to Australia in 2016. I think I developed an unhealthy obsession for the Sydney Opera House.

It is an incredibly cool building. I worked there for a few years during uni and would find it hard not to get lost with all the curved corridors backstage!

Lucky you! I met several staff who were university students. Everyone I talked to were excited to and passionate about working in the Sydney Opera House.

The standard of conservation was also exceptional. I managed to peek into the 'service closet' of the bar in the theatre foyer, and saw brass water taps in use that might be there since 1973. Too bad I didn't manage to take a photo of them!
