I have gigabit internet at my house. Average 650-750 Down and 800+ up. Safe to say there are probably a lot of people connecting to this at the same time.

Mine is stuck here for like 30 mins. Does anyone know how to reset the download process/delete the file so I can start over?

I did that on my last mac. I vowed to never try that again based on what the outcome was. (lost a lot of stuff to say the least). Edited: i should have mentioned it had downloaded already and was trying to install when I stopped it.

1 day. I stopped the installer. I've waited 4 months, so I think I can wait until the weekend. Maybe it'll only be 12 hours then (full disclosure - my internet connection is also terrible!).

Thanks for letting me know. It is actually moving now(veeeeeery slowly), I guess I have to wait, if it keeps that way the download will be over next week.

They could sign the binary and have the internal distribution method use libtorrent. Why they haven't done this already, I have no idea.

NYC with 63 MB of 12 GB after 15 minutes. At this rate, I might as well be downloading 11.1 now.

And it would seem that I could actually walk over to the server and pick up a USB drive faster...

Same here, stuck at 188.7MB. It's faster to drive to Apple HQ to get an install driver.
