When Low Power Mode is enabled that turns off Background App Refresh automatically.

Charging the phone up to full turns on all the apps in Background App Refresh automatically.
Holy f**k is this true? Might be how all my apps got enabled since I sometimes enabled low power mode manually.
How stupid can Apple be not to go back to MY settings after low power mode is disabled?

Just tested. Enabling and disabling Low Power Mode doesn't re-enable it for all apps.

That may be a cause, but it doesn't apply here, I don't use low power mode.

If you've disabled an app from updating in the background, that setting will change back to on and updating if the app has been updated. Background refresh is useless and a battery waster for about 99% of apps but for some apps like gmail, it's essential.

I think this is sounds most plausible

I don't believe you've tried it.

I turn low power mode on for every night. I charge my phone aswell during the night. Checking background app refresh in the morning shows exactly the same settings as before - not all apps are turned on.
So anything else you don't believe?

And I've been to the moon.

And because I say I've done it, that means it's true, right?

You haven't tried it at all because you're wrong.

I can't believe this is still happening in iOS 10.3.1. I toggle refresh on for podcasts and all got turned on.

Sometimes all apps are enabled when I go to settings and check background app refresh. Has anyone else seen this problem? I literally turn off half of the apps, and then a day later when I check all apps are turned on.
[doublepost=1497290456][/doublepost]Hi
I have had the exact same concern - I have a LOT of free apps - I turn on BAR on just a few of them to save my battery usage - yet every couple of weeks I will go to Settings-General-BAR and every single app will be turned on. This has occurred a number of times.
