Having iPhone X, SE and an iPad Pro all synced with my account, i have turned on ICloud backup on all via iCloud .
My problem is the backup status is incorrect after having backup manually when I check the from Setting/iCloud my device are either “unknown “ or “-“ for iCloud backup instead of “on” or
“Off” but there is the proper date of backup just bellow that I assume
The backup is fine
From iPad my iPhones are both “on”
From my iPhone X, the other devices are shown as “unknown “
Note that all my iOS devices are 11.2.5
This really drive me nuts, someone as same issue??
