Phoned apple and they told me I was blocked from live chat for 24 hours, the women I spoke to said she don't know why I was blocked because I wasn't inappropriate at all during the live chats and she apologised.

My guess is they pulled up your past transcripts and thought you where being abusive for asking the same questions over and over to different people and probably getting the same answered and yet you kept doing it.

Just how many times and different chats did you start asking the same thing? 2? 6? 20? 100?

That’s not right imho to do to anyone. Especially if the answers are all common sense which I’m guessing they where.
