30 percent is my point... but is if I know I am going going to be able to charge up for awhile yet. If I am getting in my car or going to be near my house then it doesn't bother me. If I know I will be away from charging for a day, then I try to remember to put my phone in low power mode at the beginning of the battery cycle.

I have two phones... one for work and one for personal and only one wireless charging pad...so usually one phone is fairly low in the morning unless it is a rare night that I remember to switch phones on the charger when I go to the bathroom. But my ride to work gives me time to charge;).

At 0.5% and always charge to 100% Its how I still have a good battery nearly 2 year in

How low does your battery's charge get before you start to feel anxious to recharge it?

For me I don't like seeing my battery slip below 40% or so. To me that's low, even though in reality the phone is only just below half of its usage capacity and has hours and hours of use left. It's a very rare sight to see my charge drop below 20%. Meanwhile I have friends who use their phones heavily and when they say "crap my battery is getting low" they literally mean they're down to like 3% and on the verge of a shutdown.

Just to be clear I'm not saying I actually get all anxious and panicked when my phone runs low, I'm not that dependant on my phone, I'm just curious because I saw another one of those sitcom moments on TV where a character picks up their phone in a crisis and discovers the battery is conveniently dead and it made me chuckle to think about how mine is never in danger of going dead and somehow people on TV don't pay attention at all.

So what's low to you? Curious to hear some opinions.

I have always had Plus device. Currently have an 8 Plus. I never usually run out of power. It would have to be 3% and I’m searching for an outlet. But the battery is so good on this device.

When I’m going on a trip and taking lots of pics and videos I usually put it in lower power mode from the start and never run out.

I normally don’t think about battery.

Switching from an iPhone 7 Plus to an X, battery life was a concern. With the plus, I simply did not worry about it and knew it would get me through a solid day.

While the X isn’t nearly as good, I don’t get battery anxiety. I guess it helps that I have multiple opportunities to charge it throughout the day. Wireless chargers on my desks, and I also give it some juice during my commute in the car.

Did you get the v30 for it’s audio quality, or some other reason? It was on my list for new phones before I settled on my 8+.
The audio. When I do travel, I tend to be with my in-laws, going far, or I'm riding in an uncomfortable position. That and band 71. Though even without band 71, I've seen improved signal in places my 7 Plus would have had none.

This device is also really light. It's been incredible for holding, putting in my pocket, etc.

Good to hear. I was considering that or a pixel xl2.

Depends on where I am.

At home or inside the office, I'd just charge whenever but I try never to let it get below 20%.

I think only time I was actually anxious about battery life was when we were at Disneyland and my iPhone 6 was already less than 30% by 6PM and it still had to last until midnight. Couldn't take any pics with it after that. I think it died during the light show even with usage limited to just calls and messages.

If my iPhone isn't being used, it's typically being charged. And I always charge when in the car when streaming my music.
