I think my battery has broken all records. Less than 30 cycles and already only 90% health. In this case, Mac is plugged into a power outlet and is configured to charge only up to 80% to preserve the health of the battery. I don’t know what to do with this. This is the new air m2.

I don’t know what to do with this.
There is nothing to do. Anything 80% or higher at 1000 cycles is normal. So over the next 970 you should less than 10% further decrease. If health drops below 80% before that, you get a new battery under warranty.
