That’s so weird, doesn’t seem like a good business practice but hey, let’s get whatever we can out of them..lol shoot I should take my X before I sell it. Well actually I am selling it so I don’t care. Lol

And this is why I never buy used devices on third party websites or etc. like seriously if you’re selling it and can get the battery replaced for free go do it. I got my Note 8 battery replaced before I sold it

Yeah I’m not complaining. Good customer service at the end of the day and tbh I glad they did considering how much these phones cost.

In like 4 days. Came out nov 3rd no ? Idk I got mine on May 29th 2018

I got mine on launch day so 3 days to go for free battery replacement.
