855 mAh worn off, 2 years old? new battery needed. thats a lot for just 2 years, ur a heavy user i guess.
How is that a lot for two years. The OP has 700 cycles. That's one a day for 2 years. The iPhone is designed to maintain 80% battery capacity after 500 charges. OP is at 70% with 705 cycles. Looks to be perfectly normal. Just a worn battery. Nothing about being a heavy user. I've had my 6s for 5 months now and I'm at 140 cycles, and I'm definitely not a heavy user.

I'm not saying it doesn't need replacing. I'm saying that the OP is not a heavy user. My 140 cycles is still at 100% battery capacity.

What is that app he is using is that a paid one or jailbreak tweek and one more check I backupbot to get the battery details via computer and u need to charge your phone upto 100 and let it charge for another 30 the. Only it fully charges and it will maintain the designed capacity and current capacity as well mine I checked using ibackup 1400 /1430 410 cycles iPhone 5 temp is mostly 30 above

You can use Coconut battery by plugging in your device to a Mac and launching it. Or download Battery Health. The app the OP is using. It's 1.99.

Looks like that app is listed at $3.99 now, even though it should be on sale for $0.99 given that it's supposed to be pulled from the App Store soon: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/battery-health-going-out-of-business-☹️.1960795/

I totally missed this article. Probably because I was out of town and not checking up on Macrumors. That's really stupid of Apple. First they pulled Coconut battery and now this. This app is helpful in diagnosing battery problems. It prevents unneeded trips to the Genius Bar. Apple should embrace this.

Hey guys I am on verizon with 3-4 bars but my battery has been terrible with the new upgrade from 9.2.1, battery shows that a low signal is responsible for a 39% battery drain over the last 24 hours. What can I do about this?
Thanks!

It's a paid app called Battery Health, I just put beta 7 back on and my battery has been doing surprisingly great today! I am at 88% from this morning and I got on a few times. Not sure what happened. Didn't get a new battery yet.

Anything less than 4 bars hurts your battery. Lower the strength, faster the battery drops. So if you are constantly at 3 bars, you are going to see an impact on your battery. There really isn't anything you can do.
