@Patrick-32: In that case you should use the install DVD that came with your Mac. Just insert the DVD and press D upon reboot.
The report indeed suggests that you are running out of RAM occasionally, so there may indeed be a few bottlenecks. You are also running quite a lot of background processes, as shown by the Launch Agents, Launch Demons and User Launch Agents sections (see below). Anti-malware applications are also known causes of system slowdowns, depending on what they are doing and you are using ESET Cyber Security. It's difficult to say whether these are causing your Mac to slow down though.
Did you buy the Mac with the SSD? If not, you may want to turn on TRIM as well, which is now natively supported for third-party SSDs. All you have to do is enter the following command into a Terminal window. This could also be a reason why your Mac is performing slower than it should, when your SSD doesn't have enough pristine pages to write to.
I'd say you should create a complete system backup with Time Machine first. You already have an external drive, so you should use it (you can partition it with Disk Utility if you want). Then you have several options. You could indeed reinstall your system and go for a clean install and import just your applications and documents again with the Migration Assistant. Then you can slowly build up your system again and prevent unnecessary bottlenecks.
