Here's a pic of the Orzly stand I got. Keep it on my work desk at home as I'm usually working on things in the evening so a good time to dock the watch and let it power up! As the notifications come up on the watch I usually just drop my phone on there, but for this picture I took it on my phone so it's not there.

I like that there's enough space on the stand for me to dock my phone with a case. I use a UAG case for my iPhone 6 so it's handy that it can fit comfortably on there. Look great next to my :apple:iMac too :D

p.s. ignore the mess

lol. I hear ya on the messy desk side of things. Mine's just as bad at the best of times. If it helps, I've tried to clear my own desk up a bit and take a shot of what it looks like from the back, because I wanted to show how well they managed to get the colour of this stand to match with my Apple monitor when placed side by side. I've seen many silverish looking docks which almost match, but I'm pretty impressed how close they've got the finish on this particular one. I think that Orzly have made a really good job of this. Here's what it looks like in the flesh...

Problem I have is that to me it looks like any vibration against the stand while removing the Apple Watch is going to end up with my phone slamming face down onto my hard desk. No thanks!
That's a vaild concern. I once had a bluetooth speaker which did stuff like that. (It was one of those little portable bluetooth speakers, and the thing was so light that whenever it was playing a tune that had alot of bass, from time to time the speaker would literally bounce off my desk and onto the floor!) Was sort of funny when I first saw it happen, because I didn't expect it. But I definitely would not be laughing if this happened to my iPhone.

Thankfully I can report that the iPhone/Watch stand does not suffer from this issue. I've had it vibrate many times since I got it, and it never falls off. I suspect that this is because the back is not completely vertical (it is tilted back at an angle, so the point of gravity holds it down and stops it falling upwards, plus it has rubber feet at the bottom which prevents the vibration from affecting it. I should note that I've not had it long though, so I'll update this post if ever I find it to do this, but so far so good.

seems your stand is missing the "pads" on the phone side as seen here http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/71LAF7P2haL._SL1300_.jpg

William i have the orzly stand

I can confirm there is nothing to worry about. I would highly recommend this stand. I see all these other stands without any consideration for the mobile phone and i cant understand why more manufacturers didnt take the phone into consideration in there designs. The watch is more of a gadget, my iphone 6 plus on other hand is something i feel very lost without

I only wish they had it in gold or black. If they did i would buy another one for my office

Wow, I didn't notice that, but you're right! One image shows the rubber pads, and the other one doesn't. Fortunately, the one I actually received definitely does have the pads, so I hope they're going to keep this design, because I've ordered a second one for my bedroom, and I'd be well upset if they've changed it! Has anyone else received theirs yet who can enlighten us as to which type they got?

Oh no it did have them (sorry should have mentioned in the original post) I chose to peel them off. I keep a case on my phone so wasn't too worried about the aluminium going against the phone, plus I wanted to keep the stand looking all silver, so although my desk is messy, it looks slick next to the iMac with it being just that one silver finish and nothing else :D

Makes sense! Thanks for posting this to let us know! (It's a huge relief to know that they haven't just changed the design!)

I thought the image render may have missed the pads off.

This stand is on my shortlist so was concerned when I saw the image without the pads.

My main concern is if the phone will be stable if its vibrating during a call etc

Can't wait for mines to arrive! I decided to order this one and a couple others to test out. Will mostly return the ones I don't like or keep them all, just keep one in the home, office etc.

I decided to contact the seller about approximate delivery times, they mentioned in the next week or so! Not long to wait :D
