That's can't be a US keyboard. Not only the "Z" is wrong but it showed a euro style pound symbol above the 3 rather than the # numbol. Also notice the different tilde char as well as the "Gr" next to the "Alt"
Has to be a Euro keyboard layout.

I believe it's from a poma or button lift, basically saying don't ride up the lift pushing your kid in front of you because if you let go of the lift it'll smack your kid in the head.
