What's this add doing on macrumors

Double fail for microsoft. One fail for the os, and one for their choice were to advertise.

What's this add doing on macrumors

Double fail for microsoft. One fail for the os, and one for their choice were to advertise.
The ads have no real control by the admins here, they are actually done by google I believe, which sorts out ads into the areas that those sites are about, and it labeled a computer ad with a computer site (disregarding the OS), the worst one was when I was viewing a thread here while not logged in at a friends house, and at the bottom of the page was an add for a gay swingers site or something along those lines, thankfully I haven't seen that one again.

If you see an objectionable ad, chances are others find it objectionable too. Please report such ads to us because we can often have them removed from the rotation that is selected for us. If you can get a screenshot and the URL the ad links to, that helps even more. Thanks.

Note: This post fails at staying on topic for the thread. So it's a case of FAIL. So it's on topic after all.

Also in Ireland. Unfortunately now cut down, this was in Bangor Co. Down

Mac Fail

Okay since Safari didn't want to open, I deleted it and downloaded it from Apple's site, tried to install it... FAIL!
