Hes still just a pot head..... California has more people riding the "medical" card than anywhere in the country its so lame. Generally somebody who truly needs medical weed would use it and not make a video of themselves smoking it to some song about smoking it.

If I want to smoke some weed I should be able to make that decision for myself. I think it will probably get legalised and taxed soon anyway with the growing debt it could be a way to raise alot of money for public services.

I don't think many would disagree with his opinion. However, as long as it's illegal, you'd be an idiot to use if you had anything to lose (e.g. those of us with higher paying jobs or important jobs involving medical or law enforcement, families, other responsibilities).

Bragging about smoking weed just looks stupid. FYI, the OP didn't seem to be bragging about weed, at least directly. Not calling him stupid. Bragging about drinking is stupid, too.

Really, though, it should be controlled and taxed. It would probably be actually cheaper for the consumer if it was legal, even with taxes.
