AppCleaner is the best there is but their app hasen’t been officially updated for MacOS 15 yet
What is your obsession with AppCleaner and whether or not the developer has updated the app for Sequoia (despite people telling you it works fine in the Working/Not Working thread)?

What makes AppCleaner the "best?" Have you used ALL other 3rd party uninstallers and run them through meticulous tests to arrive at that statement?

I love AppCleaner, but it is absolutely NOT the most thorough uninstaller out there (which can easily be proven by removing the same app using another utility like PearCleaner (for example) and comparing the amount of files (and the accuracy of the files it lists) it removes.

I just accept that apps like appcleaner will delete the app bundle and a few more files, which is more than I bother to do manually, but they're not going to clean all the files that's left by many apps

If an app installs a system driver or extension, you just hope it came with a specific uninstaller or have detailed instructions for how to remove it manually. Many apps install login items which are dead once they're deleted and hang around like ghosts

Apple could try to set some kind of standard here, but that would mean acknowledging that uninstalling an app isn't as simple as trashing it. Their attitude is just don't worry your little head about it

Aside from this, I'd like sometimes to be able to reset an app to default state when something is causing problems. That usually involves googling and rooting through all the folders where the app leaves its various bits
