Build quality is great - as with other TwelveSouth products. The part you snap your iPad into is the slimmest and best looking implementation out there in my opinion.
Plus, like me, you'll find a ton of different uses for it.
I've attached it to my bed frame to have it hover my iPad a few inches off of the bed (so I can use it, without having to hold it up).
I've put it in my car. Attached it under the passenger seat and positioned my iPad above the center console.
I've had it in my bathroom attached near the toilet before - great entertainment a couple times a day.
I have one attached to my Thunderbolt display (as it shows on their site, it's main use)
Long story short, the clamping mechanism they use is rock-solid, and allows you to put this thing just about anywhere. And the iPad can be fully rotated 360 degrees due to the ball-joint at the end of the arm - something that I find imperative in a mount for the iPad from experience.
