In beta 2, the only show stopper bugs are
1. Unable to dismiss/clear notifications. Need to use 3D Touch and then clear them.
2. Multitasking UI is broken.
If you can live with those 2 bugs, you can use Beta 2 as daily driver.
I have been using everyday since announcement!
Only problems I have encountered are Safari crashes when at low network connectivity and the occasional app crash caused by the didReceiveMemoryWarning issues in all betas (due to Apple beta monitor processes running in background hogging memory).
Other than that, has been no fuss no muss on my iPhone 7 Plus. I would recommend not daily driving on anything less that most recent hardware due to the massive increase in power the 7 and 7 Plus received from the A10.
Answers like this every year bug the living daylights out of me. It assumes that the person asking the question is a little old grandma or something and doesn't really help anyone. I think it's pretty safe to say that if someone is aware of the public beta program, or has the wherewithal to install the developer beta, and is on this site asking the question, that they at least have some technical chops.
Look, there are plenty of people who are willing to experiment but want to get at least some sense of just how rough the waters are before they jump in. For example, with beta 1 there were several reports of people having to restore after a day or two. Personally I'm willing to accept the possibility of restoring, but if there's a better than 50% chance of needing to do so then I'll save myself the time and hold off.
