I am inclined to believe you. My wife had a key bReak, theRe simply was nothing on the scReen. This one woRks like a chaRm otheR than it is loud :D . Getting busy busy in my cave so I will put this aside when I have time to sit and dink aRound with it. It seems like it is not a stRaight foRwaRd easy fix.
