You know where I stand on hopeful new Apple machines. I think if Apple wants to break the 15% or 20% Marketshare for non-business machines, Apple will need to make changes on their computer pricing. I think the answer to "why change" is that who wants to run a company that is just mediocre when it can try to be king? I have a feeling Apple shareholders will push Apple to attempt to expand into the sub $1000 market with a *decent* desktop and likely a laptop.
