iPhone 8/Plus Bought a brand new iPhone 8 and paid full price directly from Apple, and I have no regrets

I bought an iPhone 8 few days ago directly from Apple, brand new, paying full price. It is a gift.

I have no regrets even though it's 2019.

I might have gotten a better price had a I shopped around but I wanted it hassle free and quickly.

Let me just say, my experience shopping on Apple's site was FLAWLESS.

Ordered it pretty late and it literally came the next day. Not even late the next day.

I couldn't be happier with the experience and as much criticism Apple gets, I feel like they are still the best company in the world for reasons like this.

Smooth ordering experience, ridiculously fast delivery, FLAWLESS product.

Very unwise purchase in my book but if you're happy with it then that's all that matters.

Anything pre 2018 is considered a legacy product even the X but who cares? An iPhone is an iPhone and nobody cares which model you have apart from yourself.

While i would not have switched from a X, i also don't regret buying the 8 Plus as a replacement for my previous 6s. I bought my 8 Plus last year in december and i chose that one over the Xr. I will definitely keep it a long time, thinking of upgrading it not before 2021 or 2022. The A11 is still a very fast chip. Camera's fine, Display is fine. This phone comes second best to the X / Xs (Max) and you can't really go wrong with it if you like the home button and Touch ID.
