Just had an awful experience with Apple support. So firstly I start a chat with them. They tell me I have to send mine back, then once they get it , they’ll ship one out and it will take till December ( 30 mins wasted). Called after asked to speak to supervisor, I’m sent to a iOS help desk supervisor, told him your wrong department and he swore he could help me and was a supervisor. 30 minutes later he can’t help me, he calls sales, tells me he will fill the lady in, I get swapped to her she knows nothing. Now she tells me I’ll get a shipping label, return it and I’ll get the new band in the right size expedited. I told her the website says it won’t be in stock until December. She tells me it should come sooner but can’t give me a solid eta. What a joke, I hear some people are able to pick them up at stores, why’s the wait so long. Does anyone believe or have experience with them that they will actually have the bands on hand to ship right out? I don’t want to wait months to get it after waiting almost a month.

Placed order for a 44mm Inverness Green Braided Sport Loop - Size 11 on 9/18/2020. Received yesterday 10/9/2020. Used sizing tool and the fit is very good for me. The sizing also lined up with the correct hole I use on the sports band. So far I'm happy with the band. It looks nice and feels very comfortable, We'll see how well it holds up over time, and if it stretches.

Where did you fall on the sizing chart? I was directly between a 6 and 7. Mine just feels a tiny bit loose, like at its loosest point it will ever so slightly have one side of the sensor lift off the skin, barely. These are supposed to be snug correct?

To be honest, I don't really remember. It also depends how tightly you wrapped the sizing band on your wrist. Mine is relatively snug, but not tight. I only have a S5 so the only sensor is the heart monitor and ECG which both seems to be working as expected.

That exactly what mine was said to be. 6 is to big I need a 5. Did they provide you with a resolution? And if so how long of a wait did they quote?

i just initiated an online return. ill drop it off at fedex tomorrow.

once i had the band in hand, i couldnt believe i paid $50 for that piece of rubber either. i have 3 knock-offs coming from aliexpress for $12 total. i'll give those a shot before i try another OEM. i have no problem paying for quality, but there's no way that band should cost $50.

i have around 2 dozen watch bands, and only 2 are OEMs—that came with the watch. all the rest are 3rd party knock offs that are close enough, at a far more comfortable price.

after two weeks without any change on the status (shippes in 6 - 8 weeks) of my 44mm navyblue braided band, I canceled the order.
Friend of mine is currently in Berlin and could pick up the band at the Ku'Damm Apple Store for me next day after I ordered it.

My RED Braided Solo Loop is being delivered on Sunday! It only was available to order when the IPhone 12 and 12 Pro could be ordered. The first dates for the Red Loop said 10/27-11/3. Happy It’s coming on 10/25

That’s awesome! Mine is still preparing to ship. I’m assuming it will be here Monday or Tuesday.

I just received my RED Braided Solo Loop at last! On the printed tool and the measuring tape it says I am a size 6. I have the Solo Loop and this Braided Solo Loop both in a size 6. They both fit perfectly! On the snug side. The Braided Loop is NOT any larger than the Solo Loop. I wonder if they have adjusted the sizing since the Red Loops were just recently available to order? I love the Product RED Braided Solo Loop with my RED Apple Watch 6.

Yesterday I've ordered the charcoal braided solo loop band in size 5 (measured myself as a 6). It will be shipping in 6-8 weeks. These long shipping times don't seem to change at all.

I have the Ali express band it's pure silicone so not like the apple ones
Yeah they are a joke. I canceled my order and got my money back. Had to fight for it though. As soon as you file a dispute they contact u back. Then u have to go back and forth a few times and they give in. However I did get my product red braided today, I love it. So now I have the Inverness green and product red. Would love to have the black and the blue, as well as the pink for my wife but I’m not trying to spend any more money right now on bands. I already have 40 + , I’d say half Apple half knock off lol.

I made two orders for the 44mm Atlantic Blue Braided Solo Loop after I re-do the measurement with the Apple cutout.

Ordered on: Sep 15, 2020, size 7
Ships: 8–9 weeks
Delivers: Nov 12 - Nov 19 by Standard Delivery
No movement yet, still shows processing

Ordered on: Sep 23, 2020, size 6
Ships: 6–8 weeks
Delivers: Delivers Nov 9 - Nov 20 by Standard Delivery
No movement yet, still shows processing

This morning I saw the website said size 6 is available at the local Apple Store, however it's no longer available as soon as I tried to select the pick up window. I have never had to wait this long for an Apple-brand item, are those hand-made?

Anyone know whats up with these crazy shipping times? I had to return my size 7 as it was too tight, and been checking Apple stores for the past few weeks and none of them ever have stock. Im stuck with the silicon loop thats not breathable and gets yucky easily :/
