I concur. I'm sure Apple is well aware of the issues people have had with broken glass and cracked backs and having one solid piece of metal holding in two pieces of glass is not going to be conducive to preventing more breakage. Add in some ability of the chassis to flex and absorb shock and suddenly breakage is probably going to go way, way down. I will happily welcome strategically placed seams if it means a less problem-prone Iphone.
