I use it on my 2011 Mini, and my iPhone 4S, and my wife and son use it on their iPhone 4 phones, but both of their Macs are 10.6.8 and we are just waiting for the new MBA's next year before upgrading, however I might upgrade my sons MBP 13" to Lion sinc ehis machine is brand new, but my wife's 2009 mini may not benefit from it as she wants an Air anyway.
for the most part, I have an @me.com account and sync with mail, calendar, and contacts, and bookmarks as well as find my iphone. I do not use it for Photostream or Documents, do not like the way they function anyway and have no use for them.
The one issue I have for now, is I do not backup to iCloud bc when I do, I have a hard time syncing music, so everything is backed up to my 2011 mini for now, and it all works well for me.
