I'm so mad about BenQ software called Palette Master Element which is for hardware calibration because I am not able to calibrate two BenQ SW2700PT monitors for few months.

I clean installed my Mac Pro 2010 for 3 times! And yet, I'm not able to calibrate my monitors in different ways.

1. The latest version of PME is BS. I can't even open it. I called them directly and they told me not to download it. lol really?

2. After I calibrate my monitor, when I close PME app, it rolls back to normal set up! Wow.

3. I have two monitors but if I move between each monitors, it crashes and automatically log off by itself.

4. A connection issue! With i1profiler, it is connected but on PME, it doesn't. I had to unplug the power cord for several times!

I clean installed MacOS High Sierra three times and yet I still have those issues! I have a lot of work to do and BenQ software failed me. BenQ monitors are great but their software sucks. If I can't use hardware calibration software, then I have no reason to use BenQ monitors. Am I the only one having these issues?

Tried an Xrite ColorMunki or similar device?
Colurmunki doesn’t work with Pallette Master. I believe it’s an i1 Display Pro.

What version of PME are you using exactly?

Im not using PME at this point. I wasted too much time on it.
Fair enough.
Working fine for me.

Very strange. I haven't seen this behaviour. I'll one;y be able to connect the one monitor to the Air. Lack of ports.

If you disconnect one of the monitors does everything work as it should? Then try the other one on its own?

With only monitor, no issues but still not able to use PME properly. Now, after the calibration, it doesn't apply and save.

Then can you explain that this issue is still happening if I use BenQ monitor + MacBook Pro 2013? I totally doubt it's a hardware issue.
Not sure. But I’m not having a problem opening or running the software. I’ll Run some tests when I’m in the office as we have lots of BenQ’s there. But I know this issue seems unique to you given how popular this model is.

Sorry to jump into this conversation but I have received my new Benq SW240 and I am facing the same kind of issues running the Palette Master Element.
I am trying to calibrate a Benq SW240 monitor connected to my Mac Pro 2013 using the Palette Master Element software and I get an Error " Conflict with other software"
My setting is:
- Mac Pro 2013 with Mojave v10.14.2
- Palette Master Element v1.3.1
- Spyder4 connected to the monitor with USB
- Monitor connected to Mac with 2 cables DisplayPort and USB
I erase the Super software in the Mac. Anyone know what is wrong ? What I need to do more?

I tried several times and either the calibration or the validation processes do not work. They give error.

thanks
