I'm so mad about BenQ software called Palette Master Element which is for hardware calibration because I am not able to calibrate two BenQ SW2700PT monitors for few months.
I clean installed my Mac Pro 2010 for 3 times! And yet, I'm not able to calibrate my monitors in different ways.
1. The latest version of PME is BS. I can't even open it. I called them directly and they told me not to download it. lol really?
2. After I calibrate my monitor, when I close PME app, it rolls back to normal set up! Wow.
3. I have two monitors but if I move between each monitors, it crashes and automatically log off by itself.
4. A connection issue! With i1profiler, it is connected but on PME, it doesn't. I had to unplug the power cord for several times!
I clean installed MacOS High Sierra three times and yet I still have those issues! I have a lot of work to do and BenQ software failed me. BenQ monitors are great but their software sucks. If I can't use hardware calibration software, then I have no reason to use BenQ monitors. Am I the only one having these issues?
