In my experience cell coverage or being on WiFi has a huge impact on battery life. I work sometimes in an office that has terrible cell coverage and I get about 1/2 the battery life that I do when I'm at home on WiFi. The local movie theater has almost no coverage and I can lose 50% or more in 2 1/2 hours in the theater doing nothing with the phone (except the mail and other updates it tries to do).

I've also had a significant drop in battery life, both with my 6S, and my 3rd generation iPad. The iPad was recently reset and restored as a new device, I left it on my desk, and from a full charge it went to 0% (or whatever % is too low to start up) in three days. Something is definitely up with this update. My iPhone went from full charge to 75% in the two hours from the time I woke up to the time I left my apartment (roughly 2 hours of light-to-moderate usage).

Do you have terrible service most of your day or in a particular area which you're at for a while? Your screenshots show one bar. This could be the reason why your battery life is a tad bit under average.

Phones scramble to get signal in terrible coverage areas so they increase the power of the antennas to stay connected, using a significant amount of power.
