Camera buzzing sound?

Any suggestions as to why when opening the camera on my iPhone 12 I'm getting a buzzing electrical sound, and the image is vibrating? It only started doing this today.

I've seen some Youtube videos suggesting I update the software, which I have done, but it's still buzzing and vibrating.

Switch to Video or SLO-Mo mode. Does the noise go away?

If yes, I’d suspect a hardware issue with the stabilizer on the camera.

Yes it still does it in those modes.
I may have to see this as a reason to upgrade my phone, shame though as the iPhone 12 does everything I need.
