If you are looking for the best mileage tracker app, then search nothing but MileGo. This is very useful, especially in my business trips. This app provides me with accurate reports. It's economic-friendly and hassle-free! I have used many of the mileage tracking apps and sometimes I prefer to use what's already available until I discovered the best mileage tracking app which is MileGo.

I suggest you best Mileage Tracking App, Miles App is one of the best apps out there for tracking trips for business purposes. You get unlimited free trips and it tracks your trips automatically.

It is very easy to organize and manage your trips using custom tags and notes. The detailed report is also very helpful.

You can also sync it with your accounting software. All in all, it is a hassle-free way to manage your business trips and log mileage for taxes. Download Miles app :- Miles Automatic Mileage Tracking

I repair personal computers for a living in a one-man business. I don't want to think about mileage recording; I want to think about driving and what's wrong with my customer's computer as I'm getting there.

First I tried Vezma when I had my Windows Phones, then switched to MileIQ when I went to Android (they wouldn't quit advertising at me). Kept MileIQ when I landed on iPhone.

Then it quit working a couple of days ago. I uninstalled and reinstalled; still wouldn't work. Strange. The web interface was hard to work with anyway and this time I couldn't log in; even stranger.

Started to think about MileIQ deeper as a result; sometimes it would miss drives and if you swipe the wrong way to classify, then you can't really reclassify quickly because all drives disappear forever into its online database and the web interface is only available as a desktop view. The only automated system they offer is an OBD-2 plugin. I have an OBD-1 car.

It's also $59.99 a year. Can I go cheaper?

An hour or two later after I tried Everlance, I found TripLog! The interface is much easier and very compact. Instead of all drives disappearing every time, they are always visible. To reclassify, you simply tap the ”B” (for business) and it gives you a list! Easy! I can also track fuel economy in another tab.

I was able to save off all of my 2018 MileIQ data as a CSV file and after much work, imported it all into TripLog.

The automation is a small Bluetooth USB beacon that you plug into a free port in your 12 v car charger and pair it with the app. It costs $25 with shipping and it’s worth it. The app can be configured so it only starts and stops tracking when it sees-quits seeing the beacon. Even easier and it sees all your drives. When you drive a different vehicle, it won't track! TripLog supports multiple vehicles and pairs a unique beacon for each vehicle, so you'd have to have multiple beacons.

There are multiple plans - I picked the $40 per year plan that includes a web interface and stores in the cloud for backup.

I ended up using Mileage Log. It has served my purpose for what I wanted to do and it was free.

If you look at my previous post I just needed something that was quick and allowed me to have a date, starting point, ending point, and has the ability to export and backup the data. All of the above are covered. No complaints.
