iPad Pro Can I connect 3 web cams to an iPad?

In short I need one for a wide angle view of my space and two different angles of what I'm working on on my table. It is time for a new device and considering iPad Pro or new Macbook Air. iPad would be good for me for most things, but having trouble getting clear answer on this specific task. These are the web cams, but that can change:
