How does one keep all their content in sync between all their devices? I do not have MobileMe nor feel like wasting 99 dollars for it.

I can't speak for any other methods, but I've been using MobileMe for the last year and I think it's great. Keeps all of my devices iPad/iPhone/Mac Pro/MacBook/PC Outlook synced up with Mail/Contacts/Appointments/Reminders. Well worth $99.00 a year. IMHO. The web based interface is not great, but I don't use that anyway.

I also think MobileMe is well worth its price. The fact that I have key information synchronized across my devices provides to me a great value. Also, since I keep frequently used documents in my iDisk, I have access to it through whatever device. That for me is also very desirable. All in all, I am pretty happy with MobileMe.

I recently got my 64 3G iPad and I love it. However I noticed I've been using my Iphone less and less, and was wondering if anyone out there share similar experiences? How is the relationship between the two devices?

Right now I use my iPad much more than my iPod. However, I plan to get the new iPhone in a month or so when it comes out, and I really don't expect huge usage issue.

For me - iPad = big screen iPod for home use, iPhone = small screen iPod+Phone for mobile use. Sure, if I didn't have an iPad I'd use the iPhone more, but what I want are two devices, one optimised for use around the house, and one for out and about.
