There use to be apps that revealed all active processes and how long they had been acting, but Apple directed that capability be removed....As an app user and given that translation, I'd quit that nasty a$$ app right now!

Where might I find such an application now? Afterall, it is the search upon which this thread is based.... likely one that you would recognize if the process displaying application
FWIW, I know that. As to figuring out what processes are choking my iOS devices all I know now is to flush the memory with the Power/Home buttons and open each app one at a time and hope the offending processes show up.
