Universal Can Someone Read This App Chinese Title

I seem to have an app on my iPhone 6 that takes RAMA, but does not show up in any app list, folder or Homepage. It shows in the pic below in Chinese characters.

Can anyone tell me what the name of the app is?

Thanks. When I use Google Translate, it apparently says "i faction Party - Love News".

Sure doesn't seem legit. The app from which I took the screenshot is Battery Doctor developed by cmcm.com. It now appears to have been removed from the App Store. That may be because Apple required developers who had apps that showed processes to remove the feature or the entire app.

As CDM mentioned above it seems the app picks the Chinese title from the multiLanguage files that are contained within apps. Also, your translation could possibly be off because the "i"could be representing only as an i because of your regional settings and in reality it would be a Chinese character that makes it translate better. In all, the app seems to have trouble with only pulling English so it is not unheard of by any means.

Note the Level 2 power usage. Something more than a text song title is going on. It captures RAM as well.

My Mandarin/Cantonese is passible but not great, but I'm reading "I sent the party-loving news". As an app user and given that translation, I'd quit that nasty a$$ app right now!

FWIW, Google's Translate engine blows chunks - green & brown slimy, hairy chunks

The app just reveals processes. It is unlikely it is generating the Chinese process. There use to be apps that revealed all active processes and how long they had been acting, but Apple directed that capability be removed.

Right, it is revealing a process, likely one that you would recognize if the process displaying application did not have the tendency to represent said processes in Chinese from time to time... as quoted in the above threads multiple times.
It seems like you want it to be something other than that: a simple programming error in the app that has been widespread. Sorry it isn't.

Where might I find such an application now? Afterall, it is the search upon which this thread is based.

FWIW, I know that. As to figuring out what processes are choking my iOS devices all I know now is to flush the memory with the Power/Home buttons and open each app one at a time and hope the offending processes show up. Next time, I'll keep it to myself.
